Yes, a minimum total amount of S$100 applies to every order. Should your order be less than this amount, a small order fee of $25 will be applicable. For Card (alone) orders, minimum order does not apply.

Yes, free delivery to one location within Singapore (excluding Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Industrial Park) is provided for orders above S$250. Otherwise, a delivery charge of $10 applies for residential locations and $13 for CBD office locations.

Deliveries are made between 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm, from Tuesdays to Sundays. We do not deliver on Mondays and Public Holidays.

Partridge Pear is an online gift business and thus we do not offer a collection point for orders. All orders are delivered at $10 for residential locations and $13 for CBD office locations.

We will need you to email us your baby's digital photograph or scanned photograph in JPEG format (hi-res). Be flexible and creative! You can use family photos or your child's outdoor pictures rather than traditional passport photos... We'll do the necessary cropping and touching up. Your end product will not be disappointing! Fresh foods such as Red Eggs and Ang Ku Kuehs are made locally and are best consumed within the day of delivery. Therefore please arrange for the them to be delivered on the same day you intend to distribute them. We also do not recommend giving out refrigerated Red Eggs and Ang Ku Kuehs as refrigeration causes hardening and a change in taste, as well as condensation after it being removed from the refrigerator.
Baked food items and those containing dairy such as cookies, chocolates and pretzels are best consumed within a month because they do not contain artificial preservatives that prolong their shelf lives. All items are naturally preserved and best kept under cool and dry conditions. At Partridge Pear, we believe in enjoying quality food at their freshest and most natural state! Of course, we do have items that last over a longer period too, such as our lollipops, toffees and tea bags. Because of their natural constitution of ingredients and method of preservation, they can actually last for over a year. Like the tea bags per say, they are naturally preserved by drying - so if correctly stored in a cool and dry place, they will definitely last. All our food items are either imported directly from major established confectioneries around the world or manufactured locally. The countries that we import our food items from include UK, US, Australia, Germany, Korea and Czechoslovakia.

Yes, you definitely can! Our exchange policy applies to all food items only and are made on a 1-for-1 item basis. Should the total amount after the exchange be higher than the original package price, then the difference will be topped up accordingly otherwise the original package price remains.
